The key requirements are direct support in the following areas: • Ongoing support to voluntary management committees including support to employment sub-groups and staff liaison groups • Committee skills and other relevant training for voluntary management committees and staff of the services • Funding applications, including support with Tusla commissioning process • Pobal quarterly and other Returns • Development of policies/procedures • Recruitment/contracts/staff appraisals/fee structures • Support with national funding schemes. • Development of new Community Childcare Services
