Tender description
Network Homes wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for Principal Contractors capable of delivering works for its new developments and major refurbishment schemes under JCT D&B contracts (and, for Lot 4, Contractors/Consultants to provide Construction Management services under the JCT Construction Management Contract) and in accordance with our Employers Requirements. The Framework will be split into 4 Lots by value: Lot 1: £0-£10m Lot 2: Over £10m - £35m Lot 3: over £35m Lot 4: Construction Management (likely to be between £5m and £20m) Lot 1: Works up to 10m GBP Network Homes wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for Contractors capable of delivering works for its new developments and major refurbishment schemes. The Framework will be split into 4 Lots and this Lot is for works contracts with a value of up to 10m GBP. Additional information: Because of the current state of the market, uncertainties over our pipeline and land availability and the unknown volume of other ‘Social Housing Providers’ using the framework agreement over the framework period, the value of the Framework in the notice and this Lot is not in any way an accurate estimate of the value of works to be awarded and the total spend could vary considerably. Lot 2: Over 10m and under 35m GBP Network Homes wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for Contractors capable of delivering works for its new developments and major refurbishment schemes. The Framework will be split into 4 Lots and this Lot is for works contracts with a value of between 10 million and 35 million GBP Additional information: Because of the current state of the market, uncertainties over our pipeline and land availability and the unknown volume of other ‘Social Housing Providers’ using the framework over the framework period, the value of the Framework in the notice and this Lot is not in any way an accurate estimate of the value of works to be awarded and the total spend could vary considerably. Lot 3: Works of over 35 million GBP Network Homes wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for Contractors capable of delivering works for its new developments and major refurbishment schemes. The Framework will be split into 4 Lots and this Lot is for works contracts with a value of over 35 million GBP Additional information: Because of the current state of the market, uncertainties over our pipeline and land availability and the unknown volume of other ‘Social Housing Providers’ using the framework over the framework period, the value of the Framework in the notice and this Lot is not in any way an accurate estimate of the value of works to be awarded and the total spend could vary considerabl Lot 4: CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT Network Homes wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for Contractors capable of delivering works for its new developments and major refurbishment schemes. The Framework will be split into 4 Lots and this Lot is for Construction Management services. The value of the contracts called off under this Lot are likely to be between 5m and 20m GBP but could vary from this.
