Tender description
I am looking to establish a new pleasure boat business on the Isles of Scilly offering trips to the various Islands. The commissioning of this work is part of a grant funded application process and therefore procurement will be subject to grant approval of the project as a whole. We will compare tenders received on a compliance basis only. Invitation to tender including specification and instructions is included within this notice.
