Ceredigion Flying Start Provision of Childcare

Tender description

Ceredigion County Council is seeking to establish a framework agreement for the provision and delivery of Childcare for children living in the Lower Super Output Area (LSOA’s) in the Flying Start areas of Cardigan, Aberporth and Penparcau in Aberystwyth, from the term after the child’s second birthday, until the end of the term when the child turns 3 years old. The Flying Start Programme is a Welsh Government initiative which has been developed to give children under 4 living in the most deprived areas of Wales a “flying start” in life. The initiative is delivered through multi agency working, with families benefiting from increased health visitor input, access to services designed to support early language development, “free” childcare and parenting programmes.
