CAR PARK AND STREET MARSHALLS FOR TEMPORARY PARK & RIDE OPERATION MARKET RESEARCH/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

Tender description

Aberdeenshire Council may be required to introduce a temporary Bus Park and Ride (P&R) operation in support of short notice events. The parking areas can typically be located in fields so we require a team of Marshalls to manage vehicle movement and allocation of parking within each of the sites. There will also be a requirement for on street stewarding to guide bus users between the car park and bus stopping areas and an element of security may also be required. Lot 1: P&R Marshalls - Aberdeen City - Kingswells We may require a team of Marshalls to manage vehicle movement and allocation of parking at this site. There may also be a requirement for an element of security checks prior to passengers boarding buses. Lot 2: P&R Marshalls - Aberdeenshire - Ballater, Braemar, Crathie/Balmoral We may require a team of Marshalls to manage vehicle movement and allocation of parking at these sites. There may also be a requirement for on street stewarding to guide bus users between the car park and bus stopping areas and an element of security checks may also be required prior to passengers boarding buses.
