BBC Audience Reporting and Enrichment - RFI

Tender description

The BBC Audiences Team, which is responsible for all audience data and insight within the BBC, procures specific and regular audience reporting information from the external marketplace. The current service provision delivers the BBC with manually created or part-automated regular reports, automated data feeds into systems and dashboards, and enriched metadata for specific data sets (mainly BARB). These are powered by various data sources (e.g. industry standards, proprietary sources and bespoke generated data), which is currently ingested and processed by an external provider on our behalf. The BBC provides some of the data sets, but the provider also sources and processes others for the BBC. The BBC are currently reviewing the current and future provision of this service and anticipates launching a procurement opportunity in the near future. To support us in our review, we would welcome responses to this RFI from all suppliers who are able to meet some/all of our needs to help shape our approach to any potential procurement activity.
