Ashwood Business Park Plot 5 and 6 Enabling Works

The Contracting Authority is seeking to appoint a contractor to deliver enabling works at Ashwood Business Park, Ashington. The project involves the construction of the enabling works to Plot 5 and 6 on Ashwood Business Park and includes the following elements of works: • Two new accesses, an HV substation and services supplies into the Plot 5 site, located off Birchwood Way; and • New access off the internal roundabout on Ashwood Drive, earthworks to create a development plateau, landscaping, an HV substation and service supplies into the Plot 6 site, located off Oakwood Way.
