Tender description

ACM Development Society Limited intends to construct a covered area to the rear of Shannon House on Main Street, Castleconnell, County Limerick. The covered area will be 6m by 8m approx. A framed in profile. It will be 2.4 m high at the eaves and sloped at 8 degrees to a central line of support at the apex. The existing ground is relatively level and the existing levels will be maintained. The structure will be designed to be self-supporting and will consist of a roof covering of 16mm clear polycarbonate on aluminium frames independently supported on 9 no. columns on concrete foundations. 150mm wide aluminium board shall be provided to a height of 1.5m on three sides. The roof will have gutters at the eaves with downpipes draining to a soakway within the site. The ground finish will be cobble-lock on sand on well compacted hardcore.
