Tender description
CommVault is used within the EirGrid Group for backup / restore functionality, and a Support and Maintenance contract is required in order to facilitate the smooth running of this afore mentioned backup / restore functionality from the product suite. Base Requirements - 24x7 Support and Maintenance, 365 days a year for all EirGrid Group comcells - Support will include but not be restricted to: o All Notifications of Software Updates o All Product Fixes and Related Enhancements o 24 hour access to CommVault Technical Assistance Centre (including Holidays) o Quarterly Reports o Purchase of additional software licences as required - Support and Maintenance will be direct from CommVault however the purchase of this support and maintenance will be through the winning Tenderer. - 3 year contract (the option to extend to years 4 and 5 using the same fixed price for products / services purchased during or currently licensed in years 1 - 3)
