The provision of manned guarding, events stewarding and security, key holding and alarm response services and mobile stewarding/patrolling. These have been split into 5 lots as follows: Lot 1: Manned Guarding Services; Lot 2: Event Security and Stewarding Services; Lot 3: Cash and Valuables in Transit services Lot 4: Key Holding Services; Lot 5: Mobile Stewarding/Patrolling (at BCC Public Toilets). Lot 1: Manned Guarding Services This service will provide static manned guarding security services to support the safety of Council employee’s, elected members, suppliers, contractors and members of the public and the protection of Council property. Lot 2: Event Security and Stewarding Services This service will provide stewarding and security services to support crowd safety and the protection of people and property at events and public gatherings organised by,or on behalf of Belfast City Council. Lot 4: Key Holding Services This service will provide the cover for incidents and activations outside of the normal operating hours of fire alarms, security alarms and any other occurrence that requires the presence of security personnel. This service will also act as a key holder for access arrangements that may be required on an ad-hoc basis during refurbishment works, events or as arranged by the Council. Lot 5: Mobile Stewarding/Patrolling (at BCC Public Toilets) Providing a stewarding/patrolling service at BCC Public Toilets located throughout the city Lot 3: Cash and Valuables in Transit Services Providing a cash and valuables in transit service
