The Provision of Force-wide Cleaning including Building Cleaning, Specialist Cleaning, Window Cleaning and Washroom Services

Tender description

The Lead Contracting Body wishes to establish a single Provider Contract for the Provision of General Cleaning, Specialist Cleaning, Window Cleaning and Washroom Services for Derbyshire Constabulary, Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service and Derbyshire Police And Fire LLP, for a 4 year period with the option to extend for a further 4 x 12 months. Please note: Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service are unable to commit at the point of publishing this tender, therefore wish to have the option to join at a later stage. The Lead Contracting Body is managing this procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the “Regulations”). This Contract is being procured under the Open procedure.
