Single Party Framework for the Annual Maintenance of M&E Building Services Meath County Council Building, Buvinda House, Dublin Road, Navan, Co Meath and other ancillary services

Meath County Council corporate headquarters is located in Buvinda House, Dublin Road, Navan, Co Meath. The building currently comprises of approximately 400 staff and a working restaurant. Services being tendered are for the Annual Maintenance of the Mechanical and Electrical plant & equipment. The floor area of the building is approx. 7,800m2. The building has natural gas boilers and air conditioning. The building also contains Air Handling Units (AHU)/ Chilling Units and a Building Management System (BMS). This initial contract following the completion of this tender will be for the annual maintenance of plant and equipment in Buvinda House. Reactive maintenance may be awarded to the successful tenderer as the need arises in other Meath Co Co Corporate Buildings.
