Sheffield Quadrant 2, remedial works of the toilets and showers

Tender description

The toilets (female, accessible and male) and showers of Sheffield Quadrant 2 are circa 15 years old, thus they require remedial works. The following works are required: 1) Painting wall tiles within all areas (paint colour will be confirmed) 2) Carrying out remedial works or replacing some vanity unit covers * 3) Replacing some ceiling tiles 4) Lighting improvement - The contractor will determine which light fittings require replacing (in all toilets and showers) and carry out lux tests (in all toilets and showers) to determine whether additional lighting is required within the stated areas 5) Boxing in of the toilet pan waste pipe / connector within the ground and first floor accessible toilets require remedial works 6) Replacing the shower seat within the ground floor accessible toilet 7) Installing a shower curtain within the ground floor accessible toilet 8) Carrying out remedial works / replacing the shower tray within the first floor shower ** 9) Carrying out remedial works / replacing the cubical door within the female first floor toilets *** *Remedial works should be carried out on the vanity unit cover, however if this is not possible, the vanity unit cover should be replaced. ** Remedial works should be carried out on the shower tray, however if this is not possible, the shower tray should be replaced. *** Remedial works should be carried out on cubical door, however if this is not possible, the cubical door should be replaced.
