Consultancy Services including: Lead Consultant, Architectural, Structural and Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Supervisor Design Process, Design Certifier, Assigned Certifier, and Employer's Representative Services, for: Proposed Construction works Stages (i) to (v) for 3 No. 3-bedroom Housing units, at Rush Hall, Mountrath, Co. Laois. Services to be provided shall comprise Architectural Servies: Planning review, design, detailing, procurement documentation, team leader, supervision/monitoring, coordinator Structural and Civil Engineering services: including planning review, design, detailing, procurement documentation, team member and supervision/monitoring, design and ancilliary certifier Building Services Engineering services: including design, detailing, procurement documentation, team member and supervision/monitoring, design and ancilliary certifier Quantity Surveying services: including cost advice, procurement documentation, team member, payment recommendations and claims and final account negotiations. Project Supervisor Design Process: in accordance with legislation, team member Design/Assigned Certifier: in accordance with legislation Employer's Representative services in administration of Public Works Contract.
