Tender description

A research project, using a theory-based evaluation approach, to review the all-age Together for Mental Health (T4MH) and Talk to me 2 Strategies and the three delivery plans. The review should assess the extent to which the observed outcomes are attributable to the actions developed and implemented as a result of the Strategy; consider the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic; and make recommendations for the development of the next strategy. Fieldwork will be delivered in English and Welsh and the final report is required end of March 2022.
