Refurbishment Works at Glenravel Community Space

Tender description

The works comprise the construction of a single storey extension to an existing double storey building to provide additional accommodation to the community centre. The extension is of block construction with strip foundations, concrete floors, timber stud partitions, timber pitched roof with natural slate coverings, plastic windows and including floor, wall and ceiling finishes, some fitted furniture, M&E services together with minor external works all as indicated on the Tender Drawings and Specification. Additionally the works comprise alterations to the ground and first floor of the existing building to include altering internal walls, altering floor, wall and ceiling finishes and some fitted furniture, M&E services to include the installation on a new platform lift.
