The West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) is seeking to commission an external partner to research and produce an independent baseline report for the new regional Race Equalities Taskforce. The supplier will research and produce an independent baseline report to inform the initial stages of the Race Equalities Taskforce's work and help to identify key priorities. The baseline report will outline the links between race and different social and economic outcomes for people living in the West Midlands. It will also map existing activity to tackle race disparities in the region, to ensure the Taskforce adds value to work being led by local authorities and partners.
