Purchase of NEO PI-R personality measure

Tender description

The Selection and Assessment department use NEO questionnaires to support the recruitment to support the Personality Assessment stage of the Assessment Process for specialist covert roles. An email is sent to candidates asking them to complete the personality questionnaire on-line and before we can do this we are required to have purchased credits already set-up on the test providers system. Using Hogrefe for the NEO personality measure enables us to send a link to the candidate and a 'technical' report of their results can be downloaded. This 'technical' report is the most basic and cheapest version of the results reports, in an effort to keep costs as low as possible. Hogrefe are the only UK licensed provider of the NEO personality measure and are the cheapest provider with only two potential resellers available (offering product at a higher price than Hogrefe).
