Provision of legal advisory services

Tender description

The services required from The Supplier are to provide such advice, support and drafting as the Customer may require in relation to regulatory activities carried out; This will include but not limited to providing tailored monitoring and updates in areas of interest to the Customer and separately flag up/send alerts on relevant changes/proposed changes in law, policy and regulation as and when they are announced, with brief comment on the effect/potential effect on The Customer. The Customer is particularly interested in key cases being flagged up to us. Provide in-house surgeries from time to time - maybe 2/3 times per year; lawyers on site to discuss/present on legal questions/updates - this is different to the tailored training offered by them and might be useful to set up as regular Q&A session, recent hot topics, proposed/upcoming changes to law/policy/regulation for example. The Customer cannot guarantee any amount of work; the contract will be arranged as a call off contract providing legal support to the Customer.
