Provision of Funded Early Learning and Childcare Places Framework Agreement

Award of non competitive flexible framework agreement of Early Learning and Childcare providers for funded placements of up to 1140 hours per year to all eligible 2 year olds and all children from age 3 to those not yet attending primary school being effective from August 2021.The framework allows for the re-opening to new providers on an annual basis. Lot 1: Nursery Services (including Private and Third Sector Settings) The Council are awarding Lot 1 - Nursery Services using the flexible framework for Early Learning and Childcare providers from the voluntary, independent and private settings to provide Early Learning and Childcare for 2,3 and 4 year old children. Additional information: Framework Agreement duration is 3 years and options to extend for a further 3 x 12 months. Lot 2: Childminder Services The Council are awarding Lot 2 Childminder Services using a flexible framework for Early Learning and Childcare providers from the voluntary, independent and private settings to provide Early Learning and Childcare for 2,3 and 4 year old children. Additional information: Framework Agreement duration is 3 years and options to extend for a further 3 x 12 months.
