Tender description

This provision seeks to facilitate, enable, support and fund a range of community based health and care activities that help residents of the London Borough of Bromley to live healthy, active and independent lives. This will include being supported to access self care and manage any risks to healthy living and avoiding the need for long term health and social care service for as long as possible. Lot 1: The London Borough of Bromley is inviting tenders for the provision of a Primary and Secondary Intervention Service for residents who live in the borough. All applications must be made through the London Tenders Portal only and not to the contact details contained in this notice. Additional information: There is the option to extend the contract at the Councils discretion for a period of 2 years from 01 October 2027 to 30 September 2029.
