Outreach Housing Support Services for Homeless People

Dumfries and Galloway Council are seeking service providers to deliver high quality outreach housing support service to homeless households and individuals threatened with homelessness as prescribed within Section 32B of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987 as included by the Housing (Scotland) Act 2010 and the Housing Support Services (Homelessness) (Scotland) Regulations 2012. Lot 3: Young People's Housing Support (East) This lot is for the provision of a high-quality outreach housing support service to individuals between 16 and 25 who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. The purpose of this service is to provide an accessible, impartial, quality outreach housing support service to support vulnerable people to increase control over their lives and assist them to gain the independent living skills required to sustain accommodation. Additional information: This lot covers the east of the Dumfries and Galloway Region(Nithsdale and Annandale & Eskdale). Lot 4: Young People's Housing Support (West) This lot is for the provision of a high-quality housing support service to individuals between 16 and 25 who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. The purpose of this service is to provide an accessible, impartial, quality outreach housing support service to support vulnerable people to increase control over their lives and assist them to gain the independent living skills required to sustain accommodation. Additional information: This lot covers the West of the region (Stewartry & Wigtownshire) Lot 1: Adult Outreach Support Services (East) This lot is for the provision of a high-quality outreach housing support service to individuals over the age of 25 who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. The purpose of this service is to provide an accessible, impartial, quality outreach housing support service to support vulnerable people to increase control over their lives and assist them to gain the independent living skills required to sustain accommodation. Additional information: This lot covers the east of the Dumfries and Galloway region (Nithsdale and Annandale & Eskdale). It is anticipated that two providers will be awarded to this area. Additional information: This lot covers the West of the Dumfries and Galloway Region (Stewatry and Wigtownshire). It is anticipated that two providers will be awarded to this area.
