Outreach Housing Support Services - Aberdeenshire

Aberdeenshire Council requires the provision of outreach housing support services for young people and adults who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The Young Persons Outreach Housing Support Service will support up to 125 clients per month. The Adults Outreach Housing Support Service will support up to 350 clients per month. Lot 1: Young Persons Outreach Housing Support - Aberdeenshire Aberdeenshire Council is seeking to collaborate with other service provider/s to deliver the statutory housing support duty and provide early intervention for those at risk of homelessness who are aged 16-20, and those who are care leavers up to age 25 where a housing support need has been identified by housing options or social work services who retain the statutory duty to support care leavers up to age 25. This service will also work with Aberdeenshire Council to support the delivery of the Rapid Rehousing Transition Plan (RRTP). The service will also be required to deliver housing support to help people sustain existing tenancies and to prevent repeat homelessness. Additional information: The cost noted above is for the initial three year contract period, plus two optional 12 month extensions. The duration of the contract is 3+2 years. Lot 2: Adults Outreach Housing Support - Aberdeenshire Aberdeenshire Council is seeking to collaborate with other service provider/s to deliver the statutory housing support duty and provide early intervention for those at risk of homelessness who are aged 21 and over. This service will also work with Aberdeenshire Council to support the delivery of the Rapid Rehousing Transition Plan (RRTP).
