Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of e-Learning Design Expertise

Tender description

The Enterprise, Employees & Skills Unit in SOLAS supports the development and implementation of the FET policy framework in skills development for the employed, to enable upskilling and reskilling of people in lower skilled employment and in vulnerable sectors. SOLAS Enterprise, Employees & Skills is establishing a framework and requests tenders from suitably experienced and qualified experts in eLearning design resources for initiatives such as Green, Digital and upskilling for SME/ Micro businesses to form part of programmes which will be delivered in person, online and blended learning formats. Assignments will be awarded through Supplementary Request For Tenders (SRFT), as per Appendix 5: Framework Agreement, point 5 Procedure For Award Of Contracts. Framework members will create digital resources / tools to support these programmes in areas such as Green, Digital and for SMEs.
