Summary of the work Perform a discovery and analysis of the current MIM estate, documenting and reporting issues. Prepare a plan for updating and migrating MIM, and implement. Remediate known issues and workflows, making recommendations for best practice where appropriate. Any other implementation/stabilisation activities as specified by Agency. Specialist role Technical Architect Expected Contract Length 90 working days, with the option to extend by mutual agreement Latest start date Monday 18 October 2021 Who Speclialist Work With Working with service management, helpdesk, infrastructure and project teams to deliver the work outlined above What Specialists Work On The responsibilities will be: 1. Review existing MIM implementation and make observations; 2. Migrate MIM to new AD domain 3. Remediate existing workflows, ensuring JML process works end to end; 4. Upgrade/Patch MIM; 5. Handover/Transition back into service; 6. Early life support Skills & Experience • Ability to navigate through a live production MIM implementation and make best practise recommendations • Ability to confidently make changes to a live MIM environment • Ability to help an in flight Active Directory project move from one domain to an other. • 5 years plus experience in this field • Previous experience working in the public sector • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion integration for MIM essential Nice to Haves • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure • Firm understanding of the principles of identity management • Automated M365 License provisioning from a JML perspective Work Location MHRA, 10 South Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 4PU Working Arrangments Work will be remote, however the option to attend workshops at MHRA site is available Security Clearance BPSS Additional T&Cs No expenses paid. What is the day rate for this role? This is variable, depending on multiple factors including experience, skillset and service offering. There is no set rate. 2. Is there a preferred supplier? This listing is not limited to one or more providers. All submitted service offerings will be considered against the listed criteria. 3. Could you please provide breakdown of further stages with dates? When exactly the final decision would be made? This work has multiple dependencies and will work both alongside and with live projects, therefore the stages and dates are fluid. The emphasis at this stage is capability to provide the outlined requirements. As for decision for this posting, shortlisting will commence as soon as the post closes, with interviews the following week.
