Barrow Borough Council is seeking to replace the existing lighting at The Forum, Duke St, Barrow-in-Furness LA14 1HH. The existing lighting is of various types, set out in Schedule 1. The Forum is the main arts and live entertainment venue for Barrow-in-Furness. A schematic plan of the venue is shown on Plan 1. Scaled plans are shown in Plans 2a and 2b.
