Tender description

Tenders are now sought for the refurbishment of the former Wheelchair Solutions building on our campus at Aras Chúchulainn, Blackheath Drive, Clontarf, D3. This building is being converted into offices for our Training Team. Scope of Works: The scope of works is detailed in the accompanying drawings and specification. These works include in brief: • New flooring. • Minor plastering and carpentry work. • Mechanical and electrical upgrades – new toilet installation. • Painting and a new kitchenette unit.
