<p>Durham County Council, Adults & Health Services, is seeking a suitably experienced and competent organisation to provide a domiciliary care package, including personal care, to a service user in the Bishop Auckland area of County Durham. The provider of this care package must be registered appropriately with the Care Quality Commission. The package comprises 22 hours 15 minutes per week,1 carer per visit. 30 MINS AM X 5 A WEEK , 45 MINS AM X 2 A WEEK 45 MINS EVERY LUNCH, plus 1 hr per lunchtime added to lunch call Monday to Friday only 30 MINS EVERY TEA 1 HOUR 15 MINS DOMESTIC SUPPORT 2 HOUR SHOPPING 20 MIN DOSSET BOX COLLECTION More information can be found by registering your interest and accessing the further detail.</p> Keywords: HOME , CARE
