As Strategic Treating Obesity in the NHS Lead, the post holder will lead and be responsible for undertaking service review and redesign of clinical areas and pathways, across an agreed range of work streams, ensuring effective and evidence based commissioning across acute, community and primary care and working closely with partners in social care in integrated commissioning arrangements as appropriate. The post holder will support local and regional planning processes as appropriate, including responsibility for ensuring that key national and local policy areas are addressed, and national and local targets are delivered, with their work stream areas.
