Horsham District Council - High Street Instagrammability Training Programme

Tender description

Horsham District Council invites quotations for the provision of consultancy services to deliver a bespoke training programme to independent High Street business which encourages and enables proficient utilisation of Instagram as a marketing tool. The consultant will be required to undertake the creation, delivery, promotion and management of the programme across the 7 towns in the district. The Council has a maximum budget of £10,000 to deliver the programme, with an additional £10,000 which will be used in the form of grants to support businesses creating Instagrammable displays as a result of engaging with the project. The Contract Start Date for the delivery of the services is scheduled to be on Monday 01 November 2021 and run for a period of 5 months until Thursday 31st March 2022. The Council is procuring this contract following a quotation process under the Council's Procurement Code, and will be awarding one Contract for the provision of all services detailed within the Specification.
