HBC - The Replacement of roof coverings at Elstree Studios - Ancillary Block - AWARD

Tender description

The existing flat roof coverings to the Ancillary block have failed and are no longer watertight. There are two main areas to be included in the project, the lower roof over dressing room areas will be in use during the works. The upper roof covers the Plant rooms and although in use, will be unoccupied and is unheated. The Contractor will be responsible for all co-ordination and liaison with all parties affected by the works, in the first instance this will be via the Facilities manager whose details will be provided. The site comprises active Film Studios and associated support facilities and will be occupied throughout the works. The site area available to this contract will be strictly limited to those defined on the plans. The Contractor's activities will need careful planning and execution in liaison with the Studios site management.
