Gas Servicing, Repairs and Installation

Tender description

The Guinness Partnership and all of its subsidiaries is seeking organisations to provide gas servicing, repairs and installations in properties owned and managed by Guinness, in accordance with the contract specification and gas regulations. Guinness wishes to enter into a contract for an initial term of five years with the option to extend for up to a further 5 years. Our requirements are divided into six lots, Lots 1 — 3 are for the servicing, repairs and potential installations in domestic properties and Lots 4 — 6 are for the servicing, repairs and potential installations of communal heating. Lots 4 — 6 also include the servicing and repairs of boosted water pumps. Lot 1: Domestic Gas Service, Repair and Installation: North The requirements comprise all servicing and repair services to gas appliances within 19,309 domestic properties in the North and may include installation of new boilers. The number of properties may increase or decrease during the term of the contract. No guarantees are given on the volume of services that may be required during the contract. Lot 2: Domestic Gas Service, Repair and Installation: South East The requirements comprise all servicing and repair services to gas appliances within 15 393 domestic properties in the South East and may include installation of new boilers. The number of properties may increase or decrease during the term of the contract. No guarantees are given on the volume of services that may be required during the contract. Lot 3: Domestic Gas Service, Repair and Installation: South West The requirements comprise all servicing and repair services to gas appliances within 6 423 domestic properties in the South West and may include installation of new boilers. The number of properties may increase or decrease during the term of the contract. No guarantees are given on the volume of services that may be required during the contract. Lot 4: Communal Heating Systems Service, Repair and Installation: North The requirements comprise all servicing and repair services to heating systems within 131 communal plant rooms and associated properties in the North and may include installation of new systems. The number of properties may increase or decrease during the term of the contract. No guarantees are given on the volume of services that may be required during the contract. Lot 5: Communal Heating Systems Service, Repair and Installation: South East The requirements comprise all servicing and repair services to heating systems within 111 communal plant rooms and associated properties in the South East and may include installation of new systems. The number of properties may increase or decrease during the term of the contract. No guarantees are given on the volume of services that may be required during the contract. Lot 6: Communal Heating Systems Service, Repair and Installation: South West The requirements comprise all servicing and repair services to heating systems within 59 communal plant rooms and associated properties in the South West and may include installation of new systems. The number of properties may increase or decrease during the term of the contract. No guarantees are given on the volume of services that may be required during the contract.
