Tender description

The Police & Crime Commissioner for Dyfed Powys requires improvement works to the existing Fire Safety provisions within 22 separate buildings around Wales in order to comply with the findings of Fire Risk Assessment reports as part of the legal obligations under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. In principle each location will need to meet the following criteria: • Undertake improvements to the existing or install new automatic fire detection systems in order to meet the requirements of BS5839 : 2013 as indicated on plans; • Undertake improvements to the existing or install new Emergency Lighting systems to meet the requirements of BS5266-1 2016 as indicated on plans • Undertake improvements to or install new fire doors as indicated on plans; • Undertake fire safety improvement to the compartmentation or fire walls as identified on plans To access the tender documentation on Etenderwales www.etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk ITT code itt_85383 please email myself stephen.davies1@dyfed-police.pnn.police.uk. for a copy the undertaking of confidentiality agreement and return the completed document.
