Tender description
<p>The National Fire Chiefs Council - Community Risk Programme is a national programme which is seeking to achieve standardisation in the way UK Fire and Rescues Services (FRS) manage their Community Risk Management Planning (CRMP) processes.</p> <p>A key element of the programme is developing the relevant competency frameworks to help FRS ensure they have access to the right skills, knowledge and experience to lead, develop and implement their CRMP processes.</p> <p>Two separate, but linked competency frameworks are required:</p> <p>CRMP Strategic Competencies Framework</p> <p>CRMP Risk Planning & Competencies Framework</p> <p>Each of the frameworks need to highlight the key organisational competencies and attributes required to help support the tasks. The overall purpose being to help guide an FRS to ensure the right skills, knowledge and experience are available to them to support the various components of the CRMP process.</p> <p><strong>Timescale;</strong> Based on current programme requirements each framework needs to be developed and ready for sector consultation no later than the 28th February 2022.</p> <p><strong>Market Engagement</strong></p> <p>We are undertaking a market engagement exercise to share the currently drafted specification of this requirement, with a view to obtaining feedback and input from suppliers who would be interested in bidding for this work.
