This Contract will be awarded as a Concessions Contract. Cadw is the Welsh Government’s historic environment service working for an accessible and well protected historic environment for Wales. In order to support this work Cadw operates a range of commercial activities including a number of premium short-term holiday let properties across Wales. Cadw has a portfolio of properties available to let as self-catering holiday accommodation which serve as an important income stream for Cadw and its vital work. Cadw wishes to appoint experienced self-catering accommodation letting agent, to market and manage all aspects of the booking process and day-to-day operational management of the holiday properties.
