Cableways O&M and Inspection services

Tender description

The scheme will undertake the inspection, servicing and provision of operating and maintenance information for identified sites and also completed specified works at certain sites including the installation of main cable release devices where not fitted and the de-roping of some sites which are being withdrawn from use. The scheme objective is to facilitate the return to operational use of the identified sites by ensuring the sites are safe to operate and have the required documentation to support their future use. A possible third phase may be undertaken with the inspection of the remaining cableway sites (a phase 3). This phase will remain unscoped but will form part of the evaluation. This phase will only be awarded to the successful Service Provider of Phases 1 and 2 subject to good performance and budget availability. It will be down to the Clients discretion to award this extra segment of work. This would push the end date back to 30 April 2022. End date currently set as 28 February 2022.
