Cadw is the Welsh Government’s historic environment service working for an accessible and well protected historic environment for Wales. In order to support this work Cadw operates a range of commercial activities including a number of premium short-term holiday let properties across Wales. Cadw is seeking to engage with a supplier for the provision of letting services by means of a Concessions Contract - Concession Contracts Regulations 2016. Cadw's portfolio of properties are located in North and South Wales. It is Cadw's intention to award two separate contracts i.e. North Wales - Lot 1 and South Wales - Lot 2. Bidders are permitted to bid for either lot but not both. Bidders will be invited to quote a Commission/Fee % which will be constant during the life of the Contract and to provide details of direct costs based on a scenario provided. Details of the Cadw's letting property portfolio are set out in the Tender Documents, together with historical gross rental income. Please ensure you complete the Qualification, Technical and Commercial envelopes and attach your technical responses (word template) to the technical envelope and your commercial offer to the commercial envelope. Bidders should note that all questions should be directed through the messaging part of this etender system. Any asked outside of the messaging system will not be answered. All questions asked will be given an answer and both the question and answer will be shared with all bidders. Any question received after the closing date for questions on 20 October 2021 17:00 may not be answered.
