North Star are looking for building contractors to assist with building works required for a number of properties in the Middlesbrough area. Interested parties must be: Able to price competitively Be able to respond quickly to a request to survey a property Be able to provide detailed works quotations within a week of request Be able to complete works within 4 - 6 weeks from confirmation Communicate effectively Have the ability to work on more than 1 property if required Be able to source building materials quickly and competitively We estimate that the building works at each property will cost between £3,000 and £8,000 and we are looking at a total of 6 properties although there may be further opportunities for more.
