Tender description

<p>The purpose of this service is to deliver a reliable and efficient transport service to adult social care service users in Knowsley.&nbsp; The tender will be split into the following lots;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Lot 1 &ndash; Transport to destinations in the North of the Borough</strong></p> <p>This lot includes transport for individuals where the end destination of their journey is in the North of Knowsley.&nbsp; This will include (but is not limited to) end destinations of Kirkby and Knowsley Village.</p> <p><strong>Lot 2 &ndash; Transport to destinations in the Centre of the Borough</strong></p> <p>This lot includes transport for individuals where the end destination of their journey is in the Centre of Knowsley.&nbsp; This will include (but is not limited to) end destinations of Huyton, Prescot and Whiston.</p> <p><strong>Lot 3 &ndash; Transport to destinations in the South of the Borough</strong></p> <p>This lot includes transport for individuals where the end destination of their journey is in the South of Knowsley.&nbsp; This will include (but is not limited to) end destinations of Halewood and Cronton.</p> <p><strong>Lot 4 &ndash; Transport to destinations Out of Borough</strong></p> <p>This lot includes transport for individuals where the end destination of their journey is outside of the Knowsley area.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Lot 5 &ndash; Ad-hoc transport (Inside and Out of Borough)</strong></p> <p>This lot will include transport requests for Adult Social Care outside of peak hours.&nbsp; This may include, but not be limited to, providing minibuses for day service users to go on day trips, one-off transport request for adult social care service users.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Lot 6 &ndash; Emergency transport (Inside and Out of Borough)</strong></p> <p>This lot will include transport requests that are of an urgent or un-planned nature.</p> Keywords: Transport
