1717 Distance E-learning Refurb Project at De Montfort University, Leicester

Tender description

The University requires single provider for the provision of: o The works consist of the alterations to Heritage House Building 1st floor classrooms for office and meeting room and learning zone spaces for the Distance E learning project. o The M&E element are described in the M&E tender pack. o The Building will be occupied during the course of the works. Carful coordination will be required for shut downs within the building such a mechanical and electrical connections. The contractor should factor this into their delivery of the project. The Contractor is to allow for out of hours working as required to deliver the project.
