Tender description

The objective of this contract is the replacement of the roof mounted, refrigerant based air-cooled water chillers that are reaching the end of the economic life at two Establishments (HMP Edinburgh and HMYOI Polmont). This contract replaces the existing air-cooled chillers and provides for new installations in each location with the appropriate removal and disposal of the equipment and the existing refrigerants in line with all statutory requirements.
