WSCC - JS - Provision of End User Services for West Sussex County Council (CCS RM3804 (Lot3a)) - AWARD

Tender description

A contract for the provision of End User Services as described in Document 2: The Specification ("The Services") is being tendered by West Sussex County Council ("The Council") in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102) ("The 2015 Regulations"). The further competition is being conducted under Lot 3a of the CCS Framework Agreement for Technology Services 2 (RM3804) The Council is seeking an organisation to provide End User Services for West Sussex County Council. In approaching the market for End User Services, the Council are looking to award a contract to a Bidder who will work with the inhouse IT team to transform the existing services and deliver a new, flexible IT service model that will make a difference to people's lives. The successful Bidder will, with the Council, make a step change in improving the customer experience through the broader adoption of technology and embedding IT in Council operations. A new digital, standardised, End User Services solution should place users at the centre of its design, be reliable and scalable and make use of emerging technologies to keep pace with business needs.
