<p>Pendle Borough Council wish to commission a Feasibility Study / Option Appraisal for Trafalgar House, an historic building in the Whitefield Conservation Area of Nelson, Lancashire. The Council is keen to understand viable options for the future use of the building/site, which are both sustainable and capable of being realised. Tenders are sought from consultants who can bring together a multi-disciplinary team, including a RICS-accredited Chartered Surveyor (development or valuation), an architect, heritage consultant and a QS.
