In the first instance, a contract of three years’ duration will be entered into with the successful tenderer for the provision of ICT consultancy and support services in respect of the Hospital’s virtual infrastructure. Thereafter, and solely at the discretion of the Contracting Authority, the contract may be extended for two further periods, each of twelve months in duration, giving a maximum potential duration of five years
