Provision of (i) small molecule chemical coated 96 well microplates and (ii) fluorescently labelled probe coated 96 well microplates.

Tender description

Required: 1. A 96-well microtitre plate which is coated with a range of (not less than 20) small molecule chemical stressors. Each well will be coated with one of the small chemical stressors. The details of the small chemical stressors including their concentrations and any matrix specification required will form part of a confidential agreement with the successful tenderer. In recognition of this the tenderer is asked not to include any cost for the supply of individual chemicals in their submission. The envisaged production quantities will be determined in conjunction with the validation plan proposed by the tenderer e.g. Pilot lots and production lots. It is envisaged that the requirement over the 24-month period will be in the region of 3,000 plates. 2. A 96-well microtitre pate which is coated with a range of concentrations of a fluorescently labelled probe (can be a protein or aptamer). Depending on the probe composition, protein production & conjugation will be required. Each well will be coated with a specific concentration of the probe. The details of the probe including concentration and any matrix specification required will form part of a confidential agreement with the successful tenderer. In recognition of this the tenderer is asked to include costing for small and medium scale protein production [E.coli] and conjugation. Proposal requirements (incl. pricing): A.
