Provision of CCTV Services (Including Upgrade)

Tender description

Southend-on-Sea Borough Council ("the Council") invites electronic tenders for the provision of CCTV Services (including upgrade) the "Services". Southend-on-Sea Borough Council is responsible for a significant public space CCTV surveillance, transport monitoring, civil enforcement, security, and access control operation which spans the borough. The Council is seeking a single Supplier to provide asset maintenance services and deliver enhancement projects. Potential Suppliers will demonstrate significant experience delivering similar operations, and the successful Supplier should expect a robust contract management regime which will focus on enhancing quality, resilience and the ability to scale the system up and down to meet the changing needs of the borough.
