Notice of award of the provision of catering service at Belfast Castle and Malone House. Belfast City Council required catering and retail service provision across 2 of its venues/sites within Belfast. Belfast Castle and Malone House for weddings, celebratory events, meetings and retail services. Lot 1: The contract requires a service provider to provide catering and bar services at both venues to cover events (i.e. weddings, conferences and celebratory events) and retail services (onsite restaurants and cafes). The service provider also has additional onsite responsibilities in managing the venues i.e. managing the liquor licence, security, duty manager duties, fire safety, waste management etc. The service provider then pays the Council a % commission on any sales.
