Tender description

FCDO's Evaluation Quality Assurance and Learning Services (EQuALS) 2 programme, will directly replace the current EQuALS programme. EQuALS 2 will deliver independent quality assurance of evaluation products and provide a range of specialist evaluation and monitoring technical advice in order to improve evaluation quality and usefulness across FCDO and other government departments.
