<p>The ambition of the population mental health and wellbeing programme is to work collaboratively to embed mental health and wellbeing across the system, and to achieve measurable improvements. The design will be informed by existing evidence of &lsquo;what good looks like&rsquo;, examples of good practice, insight and lived experience of local residents. Intelligence on population mental health needs and the wider socio-economic context will be drawn from national and routine local data sets.
