<p>The aim of Plymouth Pathfinder is to help a cohort of children and young people in Plymouth to maximise their potential, to develop coping strategies and tools to support them into adulthood and to support the next generation of families. It will also support children and young people to have increased wellness so they become more resilient. We are looking for organisations interested in carrying an external evaluation. The external evaluation will include a report that focuses on two distinct areas 1. The outcomes for the young people involved across the duration of the work 2. The changes to the system across Plymouth as a result of the work, including key learnings and recommendations for future working.
